Booking Terms and Conditions
- Please provide details as follows for accurate quotation:
a) Company/Group Name (if applicable)
b) Contact Person
c) Contact Numbers and E-mail Address (if inquiry by call)
d) Dates required
e) Duration. E.g. 3D2N or 2D1N
f) Size of Group: No. of Adults, No. of Children, (No. of Families for Family Day/Family Trip)
g) Additional Requirements / Arrangements, if any - You will be informed of the success of your booking within 48 hours either by email or phone.
- Once we have placed a reservation for you, you will have to confirm by paying the amount of the invoice.
- Part payment is accepted (50% of the total cost) as booking fee and the balance must be paid 3 days before the event takes place.
- We allow changes of number of participants in Group and Family Day Packages but the final list should be confirm 1 week before your arrival.
Package for couples
- Please select your dates of arrival and departure.
- The success of your booking is subject to availability of room at your required hotel/chalet.
- If room is not available on your required date, we shall recommend
1) change of date or
2) change of venue. - The rate is for two persons.
- There will be a surcharge if your planned arrival date falls on a public holiday or the eve of a public holiday.
Student/Group Packages
- Please select your dates of arrival and departure.
- The success of your booking is subject to availability of rooms at any suitable resort.
- If room is not available on your required date, we shall recommend change of date of your programme.
- The rate is for one person.
- There will be a surcharge if your planned arrival date falls on a public holiday or the eve of a public holiday.
Fun Package
- Please select your dates of arrival and departure.
- The success of your booking is subject to availability of room at Seagull Resort.
- If room is not available on your required date, we shall recommend change of date of your programme.
- The rate is for one person.

Family Day Package 2011

Special Promotion: Family Day 2011

Package for Family (PB)

- The success of your booking is subject to availability of guest house(s) at Pasir Bogak.
- If room is not available on your required date, we shall recommend change of date.
- The rate is for one person.
- There will be a surcharge if your planned arrival date falls on a public holiday or the eve of a public holiday.
Economy Package 2011

- The success of your booking is subject to availability of room at any suitable resort.

- Meals will most probably served outside the resort of stay.

Terms & Conditions:
- All rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR)
- A Surcharge of RM50.00 nett per Chalet/Bungalow per night is applicable during Peak period as shown below.
- Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
- Check In Time : 2.00 pm
- Rates are applicable to Malaysian & Singaporean only.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice
Extended check-out during Peak Period :
- Up to 6pm – 50% of published rate imposed
- After 6pm – one day’s rate imposed
Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the our bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
CANCELLATION POLICY & CHARGES
- Less than 8 days from check-in date chargeable at 50% of the total rooms and/or package charges.
- Less than 4 days from check-in date chargeable at 100% of the total rooms and/or package charges.
- NO SHOW – 100% of the total rooms and package charges.[/stextbox]
